Job Skills:
- Best requirements gathering skills, capture business processes by using current process documentation & walkthroughs with staff performing this process
- Analyze & question current processes to make sure the right understanding is gained that include business and system exceptions.
- Exposure to different Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC and DMADV
- Experience in modelling processes over known modelling tools
- Knowledge of workflow logic and ability to understand the business procedure from the workflow diagram and conceptualize this as the automated solution
- Knowledge of BPM components like Workflows, Queues, Business Rules, DMS and more
- Amazing written skills to produce clear, accurate and detailed documentation
- Strong productivity tools understanding MS Office, Excel macros is a plus
Experience building solutions of RPA technology like Blue Prism will be an addition
