Candidate will be responsible for development & documentation of the standard security architectures & frameworks and work in coordination with the product development, network, operations, devops, and Syniverse internal groups.
Job Duties:
- Help in designing the complex app security architecture.
- Help in designing enterprise security infrastructure & architectural topology
- Develop standards & procedures to protect information systems from the unauthorized users.
- Educate staff and increase awareness of the information security policies & practices.
- Identify process risks, controls and weaknesses, and develop the recommendations or plans to address any vulnerabilities
- Identify requirements for the effective monitoring & intrusion response ability
Job Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science, related field and equivalent experience
- 7 years experience as the security practitioner, three of those in the security architecture role
- Familiarity with the telecommunications & wireless industry.
- Strong platform knowledge, Windows, UNIX, Radius, Network elements, Proxy servers, Firewalls, Email servers, and Cloud
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Project Management discipline & process
- Strong influence skills
- Security App knowledge
- Strong & current industry knowledge
- Database knowledge
