GLOBALFOUNDRIES Pvt Ltd is looking for the highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to handle Global Tapeout Operations firm. The selected candidates will be completely responsible for offering daily support to core software services used to produce mask data in Tapeout Operations organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for offering tapeout operations support
- Work over various stages of software development lifecycle from development, requirements, test & release by using the Agile methodologies
- Modify software units that are an important part of Tapeout infrastructure with guidance
- Perform testing of software
- Support debugging & correction of the issues (development & production)
- Strong OO programming & design skills
- Participate in the discussions of functional needs & analysis of the new features
- Maintain detailed app documentation & revision control
- Contribute to several projects
- Work in dynamic collaborative environment needing strong skills with the programmers, managers, engineers, as well as production employees.
- Individuals with the strong ability of learning & exploring new technologies
- Have an ability to develop the assigned functionalities in timely way.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and equivalent
- Experience in the Software Engineering with several Scripting Languages like Python, Perl, Tcl/Tk and Korn Shell, C/C++ and Java on the LINUX platform
- Amazing technical problem-solving capabilities
